The Challenges We Faced
Ensuring accurate fare calculation in varying locations, providing real-time truck tracking with minimal latency, and building a reliable dispatch system that scales across multiple drivers and riders while maintaining app performance.

Our Approach
We built a Flutter-based cross-platform app for iOS and Android with a Laravel backend. Real-time location tracking and WebSocket-based notifications were implemented for instant updates. The web backoffice provides role-based access for admins and dispatchers to manage bookings, drivers, and customer requests efficiently.
